What is the delivery time (outside Europe)?
Please note that Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation (and receipt of payment).
Delivery times from dispatch :
- USA and Canada: major cities and regions, 3 working days
- USA and Canada: remote regions, 4 to 8 working days depending on accessibility
- Australia and New Zealand: major cities, 3 to 4 working days
- Australia and New Zealand: remote areas, 4 to 8 working days depending on accessibility
- Rest of the world: 3 to 8 working days depending on accessibility
NB: Prices outside the European Union do not include VAT. For these orders, we do not charge European tax. Depending on the destination, these orders may be subject to national taxes and customs duties, which you must pay when you receive the parcel in the country. Any costs generated by the order (customs duties, taxes, import duties, storage costs or any other costs) are the responsibility of the recipient.
