What is the delivery time (outside Europe)?

Please note that Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation (and receipt of payment).

We are used to shipping to remote areas (such as the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, the Indian Ocean, or Pacific Islands). Do not hesitate to contact us before ordering to find the best solution. We also have resellers worldwide: please check the complete list here. They may not have the device you need in stock, but you can have your package securely delivered there for you to collect when you reach the port.

EXPRESS Deliveries are processed through DHL. Usual delivery times are:

  • US-Canada: 2-4 working days (except less accessible area)

  • Australia-New Zealand: 3-5 working days (except less accessible area)

  • Rest of the world: 3-7 working days

Note: To ensure maximum security, high-value deliveries (above €400 VAT included) are processed exclusively through EXPRESS shipping with DHL.

NB: Prices outside the European Union do not include VAT. For these orders, we do not charge European tax. Depending on the destination, these orders may be subject to national taxes and customs duties, which you must pay when you receive the parcel in the country. Any costs generated by the order (customs duties, taxes, import duties, storage costs or any other costs) are the responsibility of the recipient.
