On start-up, Chinese characters are displayed and Android won't load. What should I do?

When the 8" tablet is switched on while it is secured in the ROKK stand, a problem may arise. In this case, pressing the power button may inadvertently activate the opposite volume button, particularly if it is partially covered by the bracket. This action triggers the Chinese version of the troubleshooting menu.

To exit this menu, use the VOL - button to navigate to the last line, then confirm your selection using the On/Off button. The tablet will restart in normal mode.
