E-SIM SP88S - Instructions

The SP88S devices (SN beginning with 8652) support two physical SIM cards or one physical SIM card and one eSIM card.

The physical SIM card (slot 2) and eSIM card have hardware switch detection. If a physical SIM card is inserted into slot 2, the eSIM card will be automatically deactivated.
After removing the physical SIM card from slot 2, you need to restart the device to enable eSIM.

Add and Erase eSIM Profile

  1. Connect the device to the network.
  2. Open the phone app
  3. Dial *#*#8900#*#* to open the eSIM application. 
  4. Click "+" to add your eSIM profile. (You can add about 5 eSIM profiles.)

Two ways to add eSIM profile.

Make sure the device has a good network connection.


  1. Add eSIM profile by scanning the QR code



  1. Add it by Enter activation code

Enter Activation code (LPA:xxx)


  1. You can enabled or disabled the eSIM profile manually.


Erase eSIM profile

  1. Connect the device to the network.

  2. Open the phone app.

  3. Dial *#*#8900#*#* to open the eSIM application. 

  4. Disable the Use SIM option.

  5. Click “Erase SlM” to remove the eSIM profile.



Note: If you encounter an issue where the EID is not displayed, please check if a SIM card is inserted into slot 2, or try restarting your device.
